  • Om SPA General Shipping Policy
    Om SPA, LLC is affiliate of Image Skin Care, o all ordered products are fulfil and send from Image Skincare, so we must, and we follow their shipping policy. We have no influence, on how fast your order will be fulfill, since we rely on Image Skin Care. OM SPA, LLC and Image Skincare reserves the right to select the courier at its discretion. Requests for specific shipping methods may be made but are not guaranteed. Om SPA, LLC and IMAGE Skincare make every attempt to ship orders within one business day from order receipt and processing by the corporate office. However, during periods of peak demand, orders may take up to three business days or longer to process and dispatch. Normal order processing and shipping operation hours are Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Fridays normally ship the following Monday. Order processing and shipping may be adjusted based on office holiday closures. All office closures are posted on our professional website at www.imageskincare.com for reference. Due to Covid-19 all order and shipping my be delay. IMAGE Skincare utilizes two separate fulfillment centers based in Lantana, FL and in Dallas, TX. Generally, all shipments will reach their destinations within 3 to 5 business days from the time of shipping. Orders generally ship from the fulfillment center closest to the destination. However, in some cases, orders may be split into multiple separate shipments or ship entirely from an alternate fulfilment center. All customers are encouraged to place orders 7-10 business days ahead of when items are needed to ensure timely delivery. Once orders are shipped, tracking information is sent via email with estimated arrival date. Overnight or expedited orders are offered through FedEx and carry an associated premium cost based on order value. Order processing times apply to all overnight and expedited shipments and, as such, next day or second day delivery cannot always be guaranteed. All orders where overnight or expedited shipping is purchased must be received by our corporate office no later than 12 PM EST M-F to ship the same day, otherwise the order will ship the next available business day. Orders returned to Om SPA, LLC and then forwarded and returned to IMAGE Skincare due to incorrect address information provided by the customer will be charged a second shipping fee for reshipment of the order to the corrected address.
  • I Can View My Tracking Information, But The Status Has Not Been Updated."
    We’re sorry that updated tracking information isn’t available, but rest assured your package is on its way! Shipping Domestically via USPS: Tracking information for orders shipped via USPS might not be updated at each checkpoint. U.S. orders can take anywhere from 3-6 business days to receive. Due to Covid -19 it might take much longer and Om SPA, LLC, is not responsible for any delay cause by delivery carrier or any delay with fulfilling your orders on time.
  • The Tracking Status Says My Package Has Been Delivered, But I Haven’t Received My Order."
    Have you tried contacting your local post office? We find that some mail carriers opt not to leave packages when there is no one available to claim them, even if you didn’t specify a signature upon delivery. Please try contacting your local post office to find out if your package is waiting for pickup or will be redelivered. In addition, we advise printing out a copy of the USPS tracking page and leaving a note in your mailbox for the postman or postwoman stating you haven’t received your order and ask for them to get it delivered to you. They may have brought it to an incorrect address or may know the whereabouts of the shipment. Ultimately, your post office is responsible for getting your package delivered to you once it leaves our distribution center.
  • How Do I Reset My Password On My Account?
    Log in to your account with your username and password, and you will be able to change your password. If you forgot your password, click "Forgot your password?" in the login screen, and a new one will be sent to your email.
