Requirements:

-It is in Participant responsibility to find out/do his/her own research about local/state law applying to operating tattoo parlor business and/or work as a tattoo artist before registering for the course; also if you are existing beauty professional and you want add tattoo services to your existing business.

-Microblading is consider as tattoo-that means that participant will be exposed to bio hazard environment: contact with blood and other body fluids, needles and medical grade

-Course starts at 9.30 am to 5.30pm/6.00pm except if not agree differently

-NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE REGISTRATION FEE MUST BE PAID AT REGISTRATION TIME in full, no exception!

-TUITION IS PAST DUE 14 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE COURSE BEGINNING DATE.

-Must be 21 yrs. old with valid state ID,

-No previous experience is necessary

-Must complete a Blood Borne Pathogens test /we recommend www.emergencyuniversity.com and email or bring printed certificate BEFORE COURSE STARTS.

-Must sign up Course Enrollment Agreement

-Fluent English speaking and reading (courses in Spanish and Polish are available too); if participant doesn't speak/understand none of the language, it is in participant responsibility to bring a translator to the course on its own cost

-To pay for lodging and transportation to Om SPA is on participant responsibility except if agreed different

At the house a financing  help is available (after paying registration  fee, you can set up weekly, bi weekly or monthly payments  until you completely will paid off. All payment must be done before coming to the course.

Other financing option are available via PayPal and private loan landing companies.

We are accepting only up to 6 students per one course type, to keep up with safety and training quality.

All training's prices are subject to change at any time without previous notice. All training already purchased/ secured with deposit will have guaranteed price. All paid registration fees and tuition are non refundable but will be credited toward training balance. However if you decide to cancel your training for any reason you have 48 business hours to change your mind and get your booking fee back however there will be a $100 cancellation fee.

Tuition’s fees might be transferable to other course dates if available and are also assignable to another individual, if you will provide written notification no later than 60 days in advance of the Workshop date.
